ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ Crews responded to a large house fire at (510 Wise Avenue) at 6:56 p.m. Friday and although the blaze caused about $50,000 in damage, no injuries were reported while the Red Cross aided the affected family as officials continued investigating the cause. WXII 12

- ➤ Residents watched the Geminids meteor shower peak Saturday night (up to 120 colorful meteors were visible near bright Jupiter) although clouds soon limited the view; a clear but chilly sky returned today for any lingering meteors. WXII 12
