HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services ordered Valleygate Dental Surgery Center in Greensboro to close several newly built procedure rooms after the facility added three rooms in July without proper permit filings — inspectors noted 23 safety issues including electrical, HVAC, fire, and emergency call problems, and a 2-year-old died on July 17 following a procedure.
