- ➤ Officials reported that a collision occurred on Friday at about 4:10 p.m. on I-40 East between Lewisville-Clemmons Road and U.S. 421—two additional crashes happened on I-40 East near exits 190 and 188 and on U.S. 52 near Martin Luther King Jr. Drive with one lane closed as the State Highway Patrol responded.
