- ➤ Joseph Rossomando, a 32-year-old from New York who lived in Blairwood Estates, faced 20 charges—including kidnapping and human trafficking of a minor—after police found him with a missing Pennsylvania teen on Monday; he appeared in virtual court Wednesday and was denied bail while the teen receives help.
