- ➤ Meteorologist Michelle Kennedy interviewed David Dickson about an emerging El Niño forecast to shift from neutral by the end of June (with a current 61% chance), which may lead to a hotter, drier summer and more severe winter storms in our area. WXII 12
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Guilford EMS will launch a blood program on June 2 — allowing first responders to provide whole blood to trauma patients and reduce mortality with early treatment. Two EMS trucks will carry two pints daily in partnership with Cone Health Blood Bank as 40 crew members train for the initiative. ABC45
