- ➤ High Point Police charged Khalil Siler, 19, and Andrew Gonzalez, 23, with attempted armed robbery with a dangerous weapon — after officers responded on April 15 to an incident on Ansley Way where a masked man tried to steal a purse from an uninjured victim — Siler was taken without bond while Gonzalez, already in jail, also faced charges.
