ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ High Point firefighters responded to a home on Barbee Avenue on April 14, finding one adult dead and another with critical burn injuries who died on April 17—High Point Firefighters Association stated that the home had no working smoke detectors and that electrical wiring likely started the fire. CRIME NEWS
- ➤ Deputies responded to a reported stabbing on March 8 at 10:41 p.m. at the 6000 block of Devoncourt Place in High Point and found 33-year-old Jose Margarito Alvarez-Espinal from Honduras fatally injured—authorities arrested 39-year-old Yoni Cifuentes Perez on first-degree murder charges. WXII 12
