CRIME NEWS
- ➤ High Point Police reported a record low homicide rate with only three homicides in 2024—a 77% drop from two years ago—and no incidents in March, with Police Chief Curtis Cheeks III crediting consistent crime-fighting strategies and community programs for the decline. ABC45
